Worst Cooks in America 2022 is the twentieth season of the American reality cooking competition series Worst Cooks in America. The season premiered on Food Network on January 1, 2022, and is hosted by chef Anne Burrell and chef Carla Hall.
The season features sixteen contestants who are divided into two teams, the Red Team and the Blue Team. The contestants compete in a series of cooking challenges, and the losing team each week must nominate one of their members for elimination. The winner of the season will receive a $25,000 prize and a cookbook deal.
