Chattanooga Whiskey 111 is a Tennessee whiskey produced by Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is made from a mash of 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years in new, charred oak barrels.
Chattanooga Whiskey 111 has a smooth, well-rounded flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and spice. It is a versatile whiskey that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. It has won numerous awards, including a gold medal at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
